It's a whole new way to have fun and not hurt anyone... a mouse stick or a beautiful, shiny, fully fixed old car is the same... people who spend time doing something creative and learning mechanics, welding, electronics... it's a win-win. If the big three were to come out with a lineup of older-model trucks and cars, they would come out with a model they knew others would buy, not their entire fleet... with modern engines and things that are safe and sound, people would approach them like cakes.
