Technologies are developing rapidly in construction - every year there are surprising new elements that pursue many well-known goals: to facilitate the work of builders, to obtain more comfortable housing for life, to create materials that do not contain harmful waste to the environment. Notice how the electric road is designed for cars and probably costs $$$$.   If it were designed for a bike path that could use any number of new EV devices like bikes, scooters, unicycles and segways the cost would be far, far less, power requirements far less and encourage use of alternate transport and reducing congestion.   Plus covering a bike path with solar in places that have sun is far easier to install and maintain will providing the power needed for bike path.
