The Char 2c was the only one of these that had any practical military utility, and they spent their entire combat deployment on rail cars being kept ahead of the Nazi invasion before the crews even failed to properly destroy them. 
The rest were either too slow, overly specific uses, or spontaneously disassembled themselves. The hovercraft and ekranoplan required perfect conditions and very wide turning radius, the amphibian heavy hauler swam  and drove slower than a human could do either, and the rest were either never moved or rendered moot by technological countermeasures, like $10k stingers for the MI-28 (I think not going to listen to the narrator again) transport, or laws of physics for the larger tandem rotor and stingers. The supersonic bomber had 4 huge afterburning missile traps, and the csar tank sat on its build point until salvaged for the rust. The prototype armored wheeled vehicle is the same as any civilian vehicle, no wheels=no go, and a shaped charge on a stick will breech in like any other armored vehicle, and being suicidal it is not very likely, but being humanity also means not 0% odds.
