Hello; After a break due to the vacation period, we continue our reports on the rescue operations to free the special equipment from the mud captivity. The object of our new evacuation is a caterpillar tractor with a mulcher attachment, which could not overcome a waterlogged area in one of the villages of the Leningrad Region during the work to remove stumps.
